Alfadog Mototech stands behind the quality of our workmanship. This Service Warranty Policy explains the coverage provided for qualifying repairs and services.

Workmanship Warranty

Repairs performed by Alfadog Mototech are warranted against defects in workmanship for the warranty period stated on the customer's invoice.

If a covered workmanship issue is found during the applicable warranty period, we will inspect the vehicle and, at our discretion, repair or correct the issue at no additional labor charge.

Parts Warranty

Parts installed by Alfadog Mototech may be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer and product.

If a part is determined to be defective, warranty service will be provided in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty terms.

Customer-Supplied Parts

No warranty is provided on customer-supplied parts. Labor related to customer-supplied parts is also excluded from warranty coverage.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear.

• Routine maintenance items.

• Damage caused by accidents, abuse, misuse, racing, or off-road use beyond the vehicle's intended purpose.

• Failures resulting from modifications or repairs performed by others.

• Damage caused by neglected maintenance.

• Damage resulting from improper operation or storage.

• Cosmetic concerns that do not affect the repair performed.

Warranty Inspection

If you believe a repair is covered under warranty, please contact Alfadog Mototech before making repairs elsewhere. We reserve the right to inspect the vehicle and determine warranty eligibility before authorizing warranty work.

Limitation of Warranty

This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of covered workmanship or qualifying defective parts. It does not include reimbursement for towing, transportation, lodging, rental vehicles, lost time, loss of use, or any incidental or consequential damages unless required by law.
