These Service Terms apply to all repair, maintenance, diagnostic, inspection, and related services performed by ALFADOG Moto Tech.

Estimates

All estimates are based on the information available at the time of inspection. Additional repairs or hidden damage may be discovered during service. If additional work is recommended, we will contact you for approval before proceeding.

Diagnostics

Diagnostic services are intended to identify reported concerns. In some cases, additional diagnostic time may be required if multiple issues or underlying problems are discovered.

Customer Authorization

No repairs beyond the approved estimate will be performed without customer authorization, except where previously authorized or required for safety.

Parts

Customers may choose to provide their own parts; however, Alfadog Mototech is not responsible for the quality, compatibility, performance, or warranty of customer-supplied parts. Additional labor resulting from incorrect or defective customer-supplied parts may be billed accordingly.

Parts Availability

Repair completion times are estimates only. Delays caused by parts availability, shipping carriers, manufacturers, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

Vehicle Inspection

A visual inspection may be performed when your motorcycle or powersports vehicle is received. Existing damage, missing components, and notable conditions may be documented in writing and/or with photographs as part of the service record.

Test Rides

When necessary to verify a repair or diagnose a concern, authorized technicians may operate the vehicle under safe and reasonable conditions.

Storage

Vehicles not picked up promptly after completion may be subject to storage fees in accordance with applicable California law and shop policy.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Vehicles may be retained until payment has been received, as permitted by law.

Warranty

Warranty coverage, when applicable, is governed exclusively by the ALFADOG Moto Tech Service Warranty Policy.

Limitation of Liability

ALFADOG Moto Tech is not responsible for failures caused by pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, abuse, misuse, racing, off-road use beyond the vehicle's intended purpose, improper maintenance, modifications performed by others, or circumstances beyond our control.

Communication

By providing your contact information, you authorize Alfadog Mototech to communicate with you regarding your vehicle by phone, text message, or email.

Acceptance

By authorizing service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Service Terms.
