refund & Return policy
At Alfadog Mototech, we strive to provide quality service and stand behind our work. Please review the following policy regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Parts
Electrical components, special-order items, and installed parts are non-returnable unless defective or otherwise required by law.
Returns of unused, uninstalled parts may be accepted at our discretion and may be subject to the manufacturer's return policy, restocking fees, and shipping charges.
Labor
Labor charges are non-refundable once services have been performed.
If you have concerns about a completed repair, please contact us promptly so we can evaluate the issue in accordance with our Service Warranty Policy.
Customer-Supplied Parts
ALFADOG Moto Tech does not provide refunds or warranty coverage for customer-supplied parts. Labor performed to install customer-supplied parts remains non-refundable.
Merchandise
New, unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt and in its original condition.
Items that have been worn, used, washed, damaged, or are missing original packaging may not be eligible for return.
Memberships
ALFADOG+ membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Members may cancel future renewals at any time, but previously paid membership fees will not be refunded.
Defective Products
If a product is found to be defective, we will work with the manufacturer or supplier to determine warranty eligibility. Manufacturer warranty terms apply to eligible products.
